Payment information is handled by our third-party payment processor, Airwallex; we do not store your full card number on our own servers.

3. Disclosure of information

To deliver the service we disclose necessary trip details to the licensed driver/operator fulfilling your trip; share relevant data with our payment processor (Airwallex), identity-verification provider and other necessary service providers; and disclose to regulators where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for third parties' marketing purposes.

4. Storage and security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some service providers (such as payment and cloud services) may process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to require them to protect your information consistently with the APPs.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and core functionality, and may use cookies to remember a referral source. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some features.

7. Your rights

You may request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you (APP 12 and 13). To exercise these rights or raise a concern, contact us using the details below.

8. Contact and complaints

For privacy matters, use the live support channel published in the website footer. If you believe we have breached the APPs you may complain to us; if unsatisfied with our response you may escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
